>> reporter: this newly released camera video from a fast food restaurant captured the last images of michelle parker on the day she disappeared.

>> reporter: police released the image os on friday, her 34th birthday. her family hopes this video will help find her.

>> reporter: it's been over two months since michelle appeared in a taped episode of the "people's court," arguing her ex-fiance dale smith of an engagement ring .

>> reporter: three hours earlier this camera recorded her at a drive through showing michelle paying for her meal and driving offer. you can see the decals from her tanning salon. you see the vehicle in the parking lot. the decals were removed. no one has seen or heard from her again. this week the judge agreed to suspend monthly child support payments that were still going from his account into hers.
>> upon michelle 's reappearance, without any further court order or rehearing the court can reinstate child support .
