REIT (real estate investment trust) Sun Communities, Inc. reports from Southfield, Michigan its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share for the second quarter of 2012, payable July 20, 2012 to share holders of record July 10, 2012. According to RTT News, Sun reported a dividend of $0.63 per share each quarter from July 1, 2008 through Jan. 3, 2011 as well as this recent quarter.
