So, I've done this a few times (and gotten a slightly large turn out) and I've been considering starting one up again, since I have down time, a stable Net, and, well, downtime.
What is a Mentoring Role Play?
A mentoring Roleplay is a roleplay in which you can receive help on certain things, like building a plot, building characters, advancing your post, and receiving (if you wish it) on your posts from your fellow roleplayers (or GM's).
Why?
I've seen a lot of people complain about not being confident in their role play abilities and, I feel, the best way to help is to get them all in a role playing setting. With the way Rem has set up the forum, we'd even be able to manage our own chat, so that there could be several different ways to Role play, with your GM's, fellow members, etc.
What am I hopin for?
I am hoping to get some interest started in this interest check, to see who would want this. I'd also like to draft a set of options, about what can be helped on and ways to get help, as well as pick a setting (Zombie setting, doesn't work). I think it can help everyone.
