The Warren Center, founded by in 1968 as the ?Richardson School for Retarded Children?, believes that every child deserves wings. Children born with disabilities or developmental differences need special care to spread their wings and reach their potential. Success is found when a child receives early treatment and a family is able to provide a loving and supportive environment for their child to grow, be accepted, and become a valued member of the community. The Warren Center specializes in early childhood intervention services for infants, toddlers, young children and their families. Currently, The Warren Center offers two programs focused on the special needs of children. The Warren Center ECI serves children birth to three years of age and provides in-home therapy services for children with developmental delays and disabilities. Family Outreach and Support offers professionally-led parent support groups, training sessions for parents, and most importantly, a listening ear to help families filter information, find and access resources, and become advocates for their child(ren) with special needs.

This year Reflect was an official event sponsor at The Warren Center?s annual fundraising event, Fantasy Football Draft Night. Held last Friday night at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, the event featured renowned broadcast journalist Scott Murray as Master of Ceremonies and special guest Darren Woodson, the legendary Cowboy Safety, five-time Pro-Bowler and all-time leading tackler to speak and participate in the live auction. With the help of Murray, Woodson, event sponsors, and all of The Warren Center volunteers and contributors, The Warren Center was able to raise over $200,000. All proceeds benefit the children and families of The Warren Center. Kay Hopper, Executive Director of The Warren Center stated, ?We are so pleased to have Reflect as a partner in spreading awareness about services available to children with disabilities and their families. Their interest and support means that more families will get the help they need to help their children reach their potential.?
?
In addition to providing annual contributions and volunteer services, Reflect organized the ?Team Reflect Cycling Club?, a casual team of cyclists riding for health, friendship, and to raise awareness for The Warren Center. Team Reflect participates in a variety of rally rides across the state of Texas annually, using their time on the road to raise awareness for The Warren Center and the amazing things they are doing for children with developmental disabilities. ?It has been so gratifying to get connected with The Warren Center and getting to know the great people there?, said Matt Schmitt, President & Co-Founder of Reflect. ?Getting the chance to see how much their efforts mean to the kids and families they serve is special, and we want to tell everyone we can about the program and look forward to helping as champions and cheerleaders for them.?
